Before you come in.

How long is a Design Center visit?

Plan for approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Do I need drawings or a survey?

Bring them if you have them. A survey, HOA documents, and photos of the space help, but a visit is useful without them.

Will I receive an investment number at the visit?

You will leave with a realistic planning range and a clear next step. A defined scope and fixed investment follow the design phase.

Who should attend?

Everyone who will be part of the decision. It saves a second visit and keeps the design moving.

Is this a sales presentation?

No. It is a working session on materials, feasibility, and priorities.
