Complete Backyard with Kitchen and Enclosure
An outdoor kitchen is where coordination stops being cosmetic — gas, water, and power have to be in the slab before anything is poured. Pool, enclosure, kitchen, and travertine deck ran on one schedule.
How this one was planned
The Challenge
Utilities are the part that cannot be retrofitted politely. An outdoor kitchen added after the deck is poured means cutting what was just finished, or accepting a compromise on where it can go.
The Plan
The pool, screen enclosure, outdoor kitchen, and travertine deck were coordinated into a single build, so the rough-ins sat under the slab and the kitchen went where the space wanted it.
The Outcome
A backyard where the kitchen, the water, and the enclosure were placed by one plan and delivered on one schedule.
