Complete Environment on Open Property
Open acreage gives you room to do anything, which is exactly what makes it hard to plan. Pool, spa, shellstone hardscape, and the surrounding environment were drawn as one scope instead of four.
How this one was planned
The Challenge
Open property removes the usual constraints, and that is the difficulty: with no existing footprint to work around, every element can go anywhere, so the parts are easy to plan separately and end up disconnected.
The Plan
The pool, spa, shellstone hardscape, and the surrounding environment were planned together as a single scope across the acreage, so elevations, decking, and the screen structure were resolved against each other before anything was built.
The Outcome
One coordinated environment rather than a pool with landscaping added afterward — the enclosure, the hardscape, and the water all sit in the same plan.
Scope we self-performed
The build
-
Iridescent tile trim carried across the steps and waterline.
-
Shellstone underfoot, chosen to stay cool in Florida sun.
