1. Acceptance

By accessing completeoutdoors.com (the “Site”), operated by Complete Outdoors (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Site Purpose

The Site provides information about our outdoor design and construction services. Content — including planning tools, payment examples, and project imagery — is for general information only and does not constitute a quote, contract, or guarantee of price, timeline, or availability. All projects are governed exclusively by a separately signed written agreement.

3. Estimates and Planning Tools

Figures produced by our project planner or financing calculator are preliminary planning ranges, not offers. Financing is provided by third parties, subject to their approval and terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Complete Outdoors or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Builder and partner marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Your Submissions

Information you submit through our forms is handled per our Privacy Policy. SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse our forms.

6. No Warranty on Site Content

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information current but make no warranty that content is error-free. Project photos may include design elements or upgrades not included in base pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete Outdoors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Florida law, or affects the terms of any signed construction agreement, including statutory warranty rights.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites (financing partners, review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute lies in Seminole County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
